#35: WEEKEND CHALLENGE: IDENTIFY AND PUSH THROUGH DISCOMFORT

Do you compulsively turn to your phone when you feel slightly uncomfortable? Do you have a good thought to do something and then, because the idea makes you slightly uncomfortable, you turn to something else to douse the idea and feeling? In today's episode, I challenge you to identify your vices when you feel uncomfortable and to push through the feeling instead of trying to ignore it. Do you accept the challenge?
