In response to a question posed by Brianna Johnson of the LifeBeats Project, today's episode discusses how I am able to compartmentalize and focus in the moment even when I have a million and one things going on. In short, I do five key things: 

  1. Set aside dedicated time for the important things in my life
  2. Setup transitionary periods for reflection
  3. Take notes 
  4. Refuse to multitask
  5. Say "No" and prioritize
