Over the weekend, I had a big event helping my husband with this his car rally, Drive Road Rally. I planned for the event and set parameters for myself to not eat sugar and to stick to my goals/habits for the day. What I forgot to do was plan for the next day. After staying up late and then foregoing my morning routines, I had no will power to stay away from sugar and keep on track. This episode explores the concept of daily habits making up our lives and how we need to plan for keeping our habits, not only for big events, but the subsequent days as well.
