Today I challenge you to think about the actionable thoughts and the emotions you have when you think of self-care. Do you feel shame or guilt and think of all the other things on your to-do list? Or do you get excited to learn more and dive into what self-care means to you? While neither of these thoughts is wrong, they do highlight whether or not you feel worthy of self-care or not.
