- Consistency is crucial for positive change.
- Go for it- don't let fear hold you back.

- Pay attention to the energy around you.
- Allow yourself to feel fancy- take care of yourself.
- Gratitude leads to more.
- What you focus on and believe comes true.
- Working out makes you feel better.
- Pay attention to how you feel.
- Anger and envy indicate something deeper.
- It doesn't have to be slow to be right.
- Trust the process- the right things come at the right time.
- Self-awareness and knowledge are everything.

- Push to your limits- and then go further.
- Money health is just as important as physical health.

- Ask the right questions- don't assume for yourself or others.
